招聘职位

1. 软件技术支持工程师－发动机性能分析

工作职责包括：

  • AVL FIRE和BOOST软件售前和售后的技术支持，包括培训和项目指导
  • 从技术上辅助销售人员制定软件的市场推广计划
  • 跟踪大客户的售后支持

具体要求包括：

  • 硕士以上学历
  • 本科为发动机专业，对发动机原理有透彻理解
  • 有CFD分析经验，特别是缸内燃烧分析计算经历。有化学反应动力学研究背景的优先考虑
  • 有较强的责任心和服务意识，工作积极主动，独立性强，为人谦和，有很强的团队工作精神
  • 英语听说写的水平能达到在外企工作要求
  • 工作地点在上海，需经常出差

2. 软件技术支持工程师－动力总成结构动力学分析

工作职责包括：

  • AVL EXCITE Power Unit/Timing Drive/Piston&Rings软件售前和售后的技术支持，包括培训和项目指导
  • 从技术上辅助销售人员制定软件的市场推广计划
  • 跟踪大客户的售后支持

具体要求包括：

  • 硕士以上学历
  • 本科为发动机专业，对发动机结构有透彻理解
  • 有有限元和结构动力学分析经验，特别是发动机有关的分析计算经历。

3. Job Title / Function:
Senior Design Engineer (STC) 急聘
Location:  Shanghai
Main Responsibilities:

  • Technical release of CAD data and drawings
  • Know-How transfer to design members and to database
  • Overview about gasoline, HSDI and diesel truck engines
  • Leading of design groups up to 4 people during projects
  • Technical contact person
  • Definition of supplier and specification of requirements

     Tasks:

  • Development and transfer of Know How
  • Technical leading of people for small and medium size projects (medium 4000 design hours)
  • Technical support of residents and other people from the design team
  • Responsible for supplier contacts
  • Development of CAD guide lines
  • Final check and preparation for release of 2D und 3D data
  • Documentation of work and writing of reports
  • Bill of material maintenance
  • Responsible for definition of part numbers
  • Usage of CAD (Pro/Engineer and one other 3D CAD system)
  • Capable to carry out feasibility studies as well as layout design of complete engines
  • Capable to carry out engine assessments
  • Development and maintenance of engine database
  • Development and maintenance of a design Know-How database
  • Participate on project, supplier and customer meetings
  • Responsible for timing
  • Training of new design employees
  • Check of documents and design work from other designer

Qualification:

  1. Minimum of bachelor degree, Engine Engineering preferred
  2. At least 5 - 8 years work experience in a large SOE, JV or multinational companies related to engine engineering. Engine component and / or assembly design.
  3. Feasibility and layout design of complex parts such as cylinder head and / or block with CAD (Pro/Engineer plus one other 3D system)
  4. Knowledge of requirements from combustion development, thermodynamics, port design and concept definition
  5. Excellent English & Chinese communication skills is necessary
  6. Time management, intercultural communication skills, computing skills, people skills, team building, self motivation
  7. Detailed oriented personality with friendly outgoing nature
  8. Represent the professional image of AVL at all the time

4. Job Title / Function:
Design Engineer (STC) 
Location:  Shanghai
Main Responsibilities:

  • CAD model and drawing qualities
  • Project timing
  • Package check and reporting to the lead engineer
  • Information exchange (Designer, Residents, Lead engine)
  • Consideration of design guidelines

     Tasks:

  • Modeling of layout and detail parts (under consideration of costs and production)
  • Creation of detail drawings
  • Consideration of project related design guidelines
  • Usage of CAD (Pro/Engineer and one other 3D CAD system)
  • Responsible for design corrections
  • Technical cross check between components
  • Partly data transfer (AVL intern, Customer, Supplier)
  • Partly simple design supporting calculation
  • Packaging investigations
  • Support of the senior and lead designer
  • Developing of Know How
  • Timely project finalization
  • CAD data handling and maintenance

Qualification:

  1. Minimum of bachelor degree, Engine Engineering preferred
  2. At least 2 - 5 years work experience in a large SOE, JV or multinational companies related to engine engineering. Engine component and / or assembly design.  Preferably from layout and detailing; Additional knowledge of engine development and production processes
  3. Layout and detail design of complex parts such as cylinder head and / or block with CAD
  4. Good English & Chinese communication skills is necessary
  5. Detailed oriented personality with friendly outgoing nature
  6. Represent the professional image of AVL at all the time

5. Job Title / Function:
Project Manager (STC)
Location:  Shanghai
Main Responsibilities:

  • Project related liaison between STC and client project teams
  • Management of resources to achieve project timescales and budgets
  • Drawing up project plans including work packages, time schedule, costs, deadlines and resources
  • Project conclusion and presentation of project deliverables to clients
  • Support of the sales process
  • Training of client engineers.

Qualification:

  1. Minimum of Bachelor Degree, Engine Engineering preferred
  2. Minimum 5 years working experience on project management
  3. Basic knowledge on engines
  4. Experience of management of multidisciplinary multi-department and projects with multicultural team members are preferred
  5. Intercultural communication skills, team building, and self motivation
  6. Time management, financial controlling
  7. Experience in multinational company is preferred
  8. Good sense in sales and marketing
  9. Good command of computer skills & English
  10. Overseas work experience is highly favored.

6. Job Title / Function:
Senior CAE Engineer ? FEA (有限元分析) (STC)
Location:  Shanghai
Main Responsibilities:

  • Structural analysis of major engine components using commercial FE Software packages with minimal support
  • Stress, fatigue, temperature and vibration
  • Assessment of results
  • Recommendations on design modifications
  • Supervision of CAE engineers
  • Technical report writing in English
  • Technical presentation in front of customers
  • Project related liaison with customers
  • Training of client engineers 
  • Support of other activities within AVL as required

Qualification:

  1. Pro-active, enthusiastic and self-motivated
  2. Minimum of bachelor degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering, Engine Engineering or Solid Mechanics preferred
  3. Minimum of 4 year experience with FE analysis
  4. ABAQUS (Standard and CAE) usage and experience preferred
  5. MSC NASTRAN/PATRAN or experience also considered
  6. Basic knowledge of engine workings, together with an appreciation of the related underlying theoretical principles.
  7. Good knowledge of the main internal combustion engine components such as cylinder head, block, crankshaft, connecting rod, piston…)
  8. Good English & Chinese communication skills (both oral and writing)
