Who say you must use FE-Safe for fatigue calculation? You can can use any other fatigue sofeware, like MSC fatigue, Ncode, Falancs.....Fatigue calculation is all based on your stress or strain oputput from the FE solver as long as you have S-N or E-N curves available. For HCF (High cycle fatigue), stress life  is suitable. Strain life is more for LCF application.
Xu2j']#f3@ I normally use S-N for fatigue calculation as the nature of the part I analyzed. For stress life calcualtion, you can either use component SN or material SN. Material SN is more generic but component SN is much straightforward.

我是做反射裂缝的。路面疲劳你可以用MTS或者UTM成型小梁,采用应力或者应变加载,总结出S-N曲线。然后可以采用损伤度的概念,以模量的衰减为表征,一般采用E(damage)/E(initial)=0.3~0.5,这样把本构便写成umat,在迭代时用“JUMP-In-CYCLE“的方法,你可以试试

我想问一下,component SN 和material SN得区别有多大呢?如果我知道component SN,我还要做疲劳求解么?我就是想通过劈疲劳分析来求解component的疲劳呢?

Component SN is used in the part  which you will repeatly used in a different global system (like a car or aircraft). Because it is what it is so you don't need to worry about factors like notch, geometry, treatment... when coducgting the fatigue calculation. Different system will have different external excitations to the component, that, of course, will have different fatigue damage.
