各位前辈,请问 橡胶里面夹钢板,这种材料可以分析吗.
'E)yw0?:hU0A!^ 主要目的:有一螺杆工具,定子内表面是橡胶,长时间和转子摩擦,容易变形,现在准备在里面放一层钢板,请问用这个软件能不能模拟以下,与原来的做一个对比!??

I dont think JMatPro can do what you were asking for.  As far as I understand, JMatPro calculates the properties of various metallic systems, not non-metallic systems.  Although JMatPro can provide the thermal and mechanical properties of the metal parts, you still need to get these properties for the rubber parts.

橡胶里里面夹钢板这种情况,实际上就是形成了一种复合材料.据我所知,可以用ALGOR或其它软件来分析这种材料的应力和应变.但是就是不明白你想得到这种材料的哪些性能,希望我的回复能给你一点启发.
