职位描述：

The Aero-dynamist has responsibility for aerodynamic design and development of a wide variety of air-moving devices. Tasks will include project management from concept to final product design. He/she is responsible for the following:

1. Responsible for development programs of a wide range of complex engineering functions involving the design, development and testing of electro-mechanical products with little functional supervision.
2. Establishes computational methods and computer input data for analyzing problems and developing new and improving current designs.
3. Guide and instruct technicians, designers, and drafts persons per forming directly-related work.
4. Analyze and interpret problems and factors pertaining to the modification and application of existing products and the design of new products as evolved through such sources as sales, field operations and development programs. Review comparable existing data and refer to technical manuals in or derto maintain accuracy and consistency through out all phases of product developments.
5. Originate modifications or improvisations to comply with specific technical specifications and to accomplish objectives in the most efficient and economical manner.
6. Analyze designs with effort toward minimizing acoustical noise. Interface acoustics and aerodynamic testing for optimization.
7. Compile and prepare detailed operational information and estimates including any special descriptive material.
8. Responsibilities include the design and assembly of working models, set-up, and layout of test procedures, evaluation of test results, preparations of reports, etc.
9. Interview vendor representatives to discuss new or improved items, or special purpose devices. Contact vendors for price and delivery for all special purchased items, supervise detail work for submittal to customer, prepare bill of material and purchase requisitions, follow through shop and assembly while building unit.
10. Cooperate with immediate associates, representative of sales, manufacturing, assembly, production, and others on engineering matters of mutual concern and, when warranted, suggest ways and means to improve operation procedures. Provide technical assistance and support to all Company functions in particular areas of Engineering expertise.
11. Prepare progress reports and cost estimates indicating status of projects at various stages of completion.
12. Accountable for the formulation and writing of test procedures, instruction manuals, technical proposals, etc. Keep abreast of trends and improvements in the field of engineering and manufacturing through appropriate papers, publications, and outside affiliations.
13. Perform other related duties as assigned or as responsibilities necessitate.

职位要求：

1. Must have Solidworks experience (100+hours) or the equivalent.
2. Must have be proficient in Aero computational modeling and related software tools.
3. Should be bilingual (English-Chinese).
4. Recognized 4 year or advanced University Degree: engineering, physics or equivalent.

High level of technical skills. Advance knowledge of related aero computer application software. Verbal and written communication, organization and prioritization skills. Ability to convey technical information in a clear and easily understandable manner. Good management skills are ideal.

工作经验：

3 or more years professional experience in an engineering/ analytical rich environment and appropriate industry desired.
